Travel Plans

First things first: we need your itinerary. You should plan to arrive on the first day of the program. You should update your travel plans on the Online Student Gateway as part of your registration process. After we receive this information, we send the directions and check-in instructions for arrival in your pre-departure housing email.

If your university has provided a group flight pick-up, your pre-departure email will contain details about where to meet at the airport.
