Kate has worked with EUSA since 2000, first as a member of the Placement Team (which she lead from 2006), and has been the London Director since 2011. She was new to the field of international education when she started with EUSA, but had tried her hand at virtually everything else, including: publications for Rolls Royce, working for a music copywriting firm, two different bookies, a racetrack, a residential centre for children with behavioral issues and epilepsy, a retirement home, and “a brief stint as the world’s worst waitress and barmaid.” As one of EUSA’s longest serving team members, she’s clearly found her calling, and is particularly proud of having helped so many students do the same. Kate was born and raised in London and earned an honors degree in Psychology and Literature from Derby University. When she isn’t leading EUSA's largest site, Kate is probably reading, traveling, attending music festivals, and generally trying to learn more about new cultures and destinations.
